RETURN POLICY:
Customer satisfaction is always our top priority and we stand behind
our products 100%. Every care is taken to ensure shipment of correct
part number, quantity, quality and other specifications in
accordance with our quotation and customer purchase order. Bearing
Experts accepts returns for a full credit only if there was a
mistake made on our part.
We can accept returns due to customer error under some
circumstances, subject to a restocking fee which would be case
specific dependent upon costs incurred. Authorization for returns
must be made within 30 days from date of sale.
Special order Bearings and parts cannot be returned under any
circumstances.
WARRANTY:
We warranty our own brand products and products that are distributed by us exclusively as follows:
Any products that are proven to be defective within 180 days after the date of purchase will be replaced or refunded, providing the provisions listed below:
A. Products are applied within the specification of their original designed purposes.
B. The products were properly installed, handled, mounted, lubricated and there was no negligence or abuse by the end users.
C. Defects in products were caused by materials or workmanship within the manufacturer's perimeter, other than initiated by freight, or mishandling in due process.
We reserve the right to change, modify, alter, as deemed fit, the product's design without prior notice or obligation to you.
THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THAT WE DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR
NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES
EXCEPT ACTUAL DAMAGES UP TO, BUT NOT EXCEEDING, THE AMOUNT PAID TO
US FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS WHETHER OR NOT
ADVISED OF SAME
Products from manufacturers and brands other than Bearing Experts being returned due to manufacturer defect should be
returned directly to the manufacturer of the product. Bearing
Experts does not warranty other manufacturers' products.

RETURN AUTHORIZTION REQUEST
PLEASE NOTE: To qualify for a return, your authorization request
must be received within 30 days of sales invoice date. All returns
over this 30 day period are NOT accepted!
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
The following will void your return:
Over 30 days from the ship date on your original invoice.
The part has been installed or disassembled. Damage from improper or
attempted installation.
The return must be in re-sellable like new condition.
• Our ID mark, part number, label, stamp or tab has been removed or
tampered with.
• If original wrappings/boxes for the part, including labels, are
damaged or not returned.
If parts or hardware are missing.
Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Initial
shipping/handling costs (even if 'free or discounted shipping') will
be deducted from the credit.
The buyer is responsible for safely returning a package to us. If a
package is damaged when it arrives in our receiving department it
will be refused. We suggest insuring your package to protect your
investment. Please keep all shipping receipts in case your package
is lost or damaged by the carrier. If damage during return shipment
occurs it is the customers responsibility to file a damage claim.
COD will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Requests for expedited processing is subject to a fee which would be
case specific dependent upon costs incurred.
Please allow 14 business days from the date we receive your return
for your credit to be processed.
Changes
We reserve the right to change this policy at
any time without prior notice or obligation to you.
